Acciona Energia starts up 458-MWp Red-Tailed Hawk solar farm in Texas

Spain’s Acciona Energia has commissioned its 458-MWp Red-Tailed Hawk solar farm in Wharton County, Texas, becoming the largest one they've built. The plant, with solar trackers, can generate around 742 GWh annually, meeting the power needs of approximately 66,500 homes. The project expands their renewables portfolio in North America, with projects in Canada and the US.
