Albania’s gross power output falls 11% in Q1

Albania's electricity production declined in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023. The power exports decreased while imports of electricity more than doubled. The majority of electricity production in the country came from hydro power plants, with a significant portion generated by state-owned companies.
