Alcazar Energy Partners secures $490 million for second renewables fund

Alcazar Energy Partners, a Dubai-based sustainable infrastructure fund, has raised $490 million for its second renewable energy fund. The fund aims to develop over 1.6 GW of clean energy projects in select emerging markets and mitigate 3 million tons of greenhouse gas emissions annually. The fund's portfolio includes two wind farms in the western Balkans. Managing Partner Daniel Calderon expressed confidence in leading clean energy projects in underserved markets.
