Alcazar unveils 400MW Macedonian wind farm

Alcazar Energy Partners unveiled a $500m investment for a 400MW wind farm project in North Macedonia. The wind farm project is a key step towards developing the largest renewable energy platform in the Western Balkans. Financial close and start of construction are expected in the second half of 2025, increasing North Macedonia's wind capacity fivefold. The project, located 75km south of Skopje, will create over 630 construction jobs. The investment aims at creating energy independence for North Macedonia and supporting renewable energy transition in the region.
