The energy regulatory authority ANRE launched a draft order that eliminates the need for special authorization for hydrogen installations and introduces new requirements for biogas and biomethane production facilities. The project aims to streamline the process of granting licenses for natural gas activities. It also includes provisions for credit ratings and local branches for EU operators in Romania.
