Antal Lóránt: Prosumers already active will not be required to install storage capacities

Senators from the Energy, Energy Infrastructure and Mineral Resources Committee and the Economy, Industries and Services Committee voted to eliminate the provision requiring already existing prosumers to install electricity storage capacities. The legislative draft did not correspond to the principle of non-retroactivity. UDMR senator Antal Lóránt emphasized the importance of not changing the rules during the game and criticized the amendment that would have imposed obligations retroactively on prosumers.
