Axpo takes FID on Finnish wind farm

Swiss energy supplier Axpo has made the final investment decision to commence construction of the 25MW Lålax wind farm in Finland’s Vörå municipality. The wind farm will have four turbines with an output of 6.2MW each. Axpo plans to commission the wind farm in autumn 2025, which will produce around 70GWh of renewable electricity annually. Axpo's office in Vaasa, Finland, will manage the project.
