Beny introduces rapid shutdown tech for PV installations

China-based Beny New Energy developed a rapid shutdown solution for solar plants, presented at the SNEC trade show in Shanghai. The product enhances efficiency and safety, with two versions available. The BFS-21 series uses PLC signal control, while the BFS-22 series has an external power supply for faster switching speeds. Both products ensure safe operations within milliseconds and are certified by UL 1741 and SunSpec.
