Birch Creek finances, powers up 47-MW solar farm in Illinois

US solar developer Birch Creek Energy has completed financing for its 47-MWac/49-MWdc Earp Solar project in Illinois. The project achieved full financing and is now operational. Tax equity was arranged by Foss & Company, while West Town Bank & Trust provided permanent debt. The construction capital was funded by the Pathward NA bank. The solar farm in Warren County, Illinois, can power over 7,300 homes. Birch Creek CEO, Dan Siegel, expressed gratitude towards partners for the successful completion of the project.
