Brazilian power utility Copel has put the 6.7-MWp Segredo solar park in Parana state into operation. The PV plant is expected to produce 13.4 GWh per year, meeting the annual demand of 350 clients. This solar facility is part of Copel's new business model, Copel Solar, where customers sign contracts to acquire credits from the plant's output to reduce their electricity bill.
