Carbon electrode perovskite solar cell with 20.8% efficiency

Researchers at China's Henan University have fabricated a perovskite solar cell with a carbon electrode achieving a 20.8% power conversion efficiency. They addressed issues with metal contact electrodes by using NiOx and P3HT layers for improved performance and stability.
