CESC buys 300-MW solar project in Rajasthan

CESC Limited, an Indian electric power distribution company, has acquired a 300-MW solar project in Rajasthan from SKP Green Ventures Private Limited for about INR 38.4 million. The project, located in Pokaran Tehsil, has received CTU approval and has partially acquired land. The deal was facilitated through CESC's subsidiary, Purvah Green Power Private Limited, by acquiring Bhadla Three SKP Green Ventures Private Limited.
