The H2LAC Index presented at H2LAC 2024 indicates Chile, Brazil, and Colombia leading the hydrogen market in Latin America and the Caribbean. Brazil surpasses Colombia for the second position. The analysis covers categories like public policies, ecosystem development, project numbers, application areas, international cooperation. Colombia and Argentina excel in public policy. Uruguay, Costa Rica, and Argentina show great potential. Peru and the Dominican Republic have shown improvement while Ecuador and Barbados have entered the market.
