The Chinese Module Marker (CMM) declined to $0.198 per W due to downslides in China's upstream segments, pushing module prices to a 3-year low. The plummet is attributed to growing polysilicon capacity in China. China Mono Grade price dipped to 107.5 CNY/kg. Despite high demand, module shipments are lower as buyers anticipate further price drops. OPIS anticipates price volatility as China aims to install 120 GW of solar power by 2023.
