Chinese PV Industry Brief: JA Solar, TCL, Tongwei, GCL Technology post H1 losses

JA Solar reported a decline in revenue to CNY 37.36 billion with a net loss. Tongwei saw revenue fall to CNY 43.80 billion and a net loss. GCL Technology revenue fell to CNY 8.86 billion with a net loss. TCL Zhonghuan experienced a net loss in revenue. China Resources Power announced PV module tenders for 2024. Gansu Power Investment Group started construction on 6 GW Tengger Desert renewable energy project.
