CIGS solar cell using aluminum doped zinc oxide film achieves 9.53% efficiency

The international research team designed a CIGSe solar cell with an AZO film aiming to improve efficiency and durability by avoiding raising substrate temperature. They utilized a technique that eliminates the need for post-deposition treatment and built the cell with Mo, CdS buffer layer, i-ZnO window layer, and ZnO film achieving a 9.53% efficiency.
