Cleanleaf grows solar O&M portfolio by 350 MW

Cleanleaf Energy, formerly Borrego O&M, added 350 MW of utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in Georgia and Pennsylvania to its management portfolio. The assets are managed from Cleanleaf's operations centre in Dallas. CEO Mikael Backman highlighted the company's capabilities and readiness to handle more utility-scale projects. Borrego rebranded in early 2024 to solely focus on monitoring, operation, and upgrading of utility and commercial PV and battery energy storage assets, being one of the largest third-party O&M providers in the US.
