Competition analyzes the takeover of the 80 MW Eolica Dobrogea wind farm by Premier Energy

The Competition Council in Romania is analyzing the takeover of the 80 MW Eolica Dobrogea wind farm by Premier Energy group. Premier Renewable Invest, a holding company within Premier Energy, aims to acquire Eolica Dobrogea One S.A., a wind power producer with an 80 MW capacity located in Mihai Viteazu, Constanța county. The transaction requires authorization from the Competition Council as per Competition Law.
