Competition looks at the takeover of Eldrive by EBRD and Renalfa Solarpro Group

The Competition Council is analyzing the transaction of EBRD entering the shareholding of Eldrive Holding Gmbh with Renalfa Solarpro Group Gmbh. Eldrive, the largest operator of electric charging points in the region, is installing 8,472 electric vehicle charging stations in Bulgaria, Lithuania, and Romania with a loan from EIB. Renalfa is an energy and e-mobility investment group specializing in renewable energy. Eldrive Holding Gmbh owns a subsidiary, Emobility Charging, in Romania.
