Complete Solar awarded bid in SunPower’s Chapter 11 proceedings

The winning bid assets associated with SunPower have been acquired by Complete Solar, including the Blue Raven Solar business, New Homes business, and non-installing Dealer network for US$45 million. SunPower filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and entered into an asset purchase agreement with Complete Solar. T.J. Rodgers, CEO of Complete Solar, plans to manage the acquired SunPower business units.
