Croatia's Professio Energia to propose 1.5 euro dividend/share

Croatian renewable energy company Professio Energia plans to propose a gross dividend of 1.5 euro per share for last year. The company reported a net profit of 4.6 million euro, with 3.9 million euro to be paid out as dividend. The remainder will be retained with 229,600 euro allocated to obligatory reserves. Shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 19. The ex-dividend date is June 21, record date is June 24, and payment date is September 9. Key shareholders include Erste Plavi OMF, PBZ Croatia Osiguranje OMF, and Croatia Osiguranje. Croatia Osiguranje d.d. is one of the biggest insurers in Southeast Europe.
