Czechia deployed 484 MW of new solar in the first half of the year. The residential market saw a slowdown in installations due to factors like a drop in energy prices and changes to New Green Saving subsidies. Jan Krčmář of Solární Asociace highlighted the importance of investing in photovoltaics for households. The commercial segment of Czechia's solar market has grown this year, benefitting from support under the National Recovery Plan and Modernization Fund subsidies.
