Denmark hits 3.2 GW of installed PV capacity

Denmark reached 3,251 MW of cumulative installed solar capacity at the end of March 2023, with a significant portion being self-consumption PV systems. The country's solar growth is driven by unsubsidized large-scale projects, leading the market towards sustainable energy solutions. Denmark is expected to lead solar development in Scandinavia and play a key role in the green hydrogen market.
