DTEK unveils plans for Croatian wind farm

DRI, the EU renewables arm of the DTEK Group, announced plans for a 127.5MW wind farm and substation in Croatia. The project aims to produce 338GWh per year, enough for 83,000 households, and reduce 51,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions. It will connect 300MW, with an option to expand to 900MW, enhancing grid connections in Split, Dalmatia. DRI plans to develop a portfolio of 500MW by 2028 and support Croatia's goal of achieving a 36.4% share of renewable energy by 2030.
