Dutch DRI acquires 126 MW PV project in Romania

DRI, the renewable energy arm of The DTEK Group, acquired a 126 MW solar PV project in Vacaresti, Romania. The project will generate 205.8 GWh of electricity annually and aims to reach 1 GW renewable energy capacity by 2028. DRI also plans a wind farm in Croatia. Romania is encouraged by a new CfD scheme for renewable energy.
