EBRD, BVB to review Romanian capital market’s corporate governance code

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) are collaborating to review the Romanian capital market's corporate governance code to align it with recent regulatory changes and global standards, aimed at improving governance and reporting quality of listed companies. The updated code will address emerging governance issues and reflect stakeholders' evolving priorities in enhancing corporate resilience.
