EDF Renewables lands PPA for 300-MW wind farm in Nebraska

EDF Renewables North America has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Omaha Public Power District for its 300-MW Milligan 1 wind farm in Nebraska. The wind farm, located in Saline County, became operational in 2021. OPPD plans to add 3,200 MW of generation by the end of the decade, with half from renewables.
