Eesti Energia issues €400m green hybrid bond

Eesti Energia issued a €400m green hybrid bond listed on the London Stock Exchange for renewable development projects, oversubscribed fourfold. The bond attracted over 200 investors globally, mainly from Europe. The CFO Marlen Tamm emphasized the company's commitment to sustainability. The bond offers a coupon rate of 7.875%, tightened from the initial plan, making it the first green hybrid bond in the Baltics.
