Romania's competition authority is investigating the takeover of Eolica Dobrogea One by Premier Renewable Invest Co. Eolica Dobrogea One, based in Constanta county, owns an 80 MW wind park. Premier Energy acquired Eolica Dobrogea One from Iberdrola for 88 million euro. Premier Energy recently listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. EBRD acquired a stake in Premier Energy.
