EU urges Croatia to fully transpose renewable energy directive

The European Commission sent a reasoned opinion to Croatia for not fully transposing EU rules on renewable energy promotion. Croatia has two months to respond or face Court of Justice action. The directive sets an EU-level binding target for energy from renewable sources by 2030.
