European Energy, Microsoft sign PPAs for Scandinavian renewables

Denmark's European Energy A/S has signed power purchase agreements to supply renewable energy to Microsoft Corp. The electricity will be generated by wind and solar farms in Sweden and Denmark. Additionally, Spanish group Repsol SA signed PPAs with Microsoft for electricity from new solar and wind farms in Spain.
