The WindEnergy Trend Index indicates volatile mood in onshore and offshore wind segments globally, with significant improvement in Europe. The WEtix report shows more positive assessments of wind markets in Germany and the EU. Long-term expectations in Europe are catching up with Asia in onshore and surpassing Asia offshore. Overall, the mood in global markets is positive with challenges in grid expansion and permitting being less critical in offshore compared to onshore.
