Forth Green Freeport opens for business

The Forth Green Freeport (FGF) is officially open for business in Scotland, aiming to attract new businesses and jobs in sectors like offshore wind, hydrogen, and sustainable fuels. Forecasts suggest attracting £7bn of investment, creating 38,350 green jobs. Vestas considers establishing a wind turbine blade manufacturing facility at the Port of Leith.
