Further growth of the Swedish PV market

In May 2024, the number of photovoltaic installations in Sweden increased by 15% compared to April 2024. Svensk Solenergi, the Swedish Solar Energy Association, collects monthly statistics from major electricity grid companies to estimate the market. Anna Werner, the CEO of Svensk Solenergi, discusses the adjustment in market share by the grid companies, with a forecast of 65,000 completed installations for 2024. The organization anticipates updating the statistics based on data received from the electricity network companies.
