Generac unveils two new residential batteries

Generac Power Systems presented its new PWRcell 2 and PWRcell 2 MAX Home Energy Storage System products at the RE+ 2024 tradeshow in Anaheim, United States. The PWRcell 2 delivers 18 kWh capacity and 10 kW max continuous power, while the PWRcell 2 MAX offers 11.5 kW max continuous power. Both products have roundtrip efficiencies and are compatible with a maximum backup PV size of 19.2 kW. They come with a 10-year warranty and integrate seamlessly with Generac's generator products.
