Germany's ABO Wind AG becomes ABO Energy KGaA

German renewables developer ABO Wind has rebranded to ABO Energy and changed its legal form to KGaA. The company's subsidiaries globally have also adopted the new name. The two founders, Jochen Ahn and Matthias Bockholt, each own a 26% stake in the company. The rebranding reflects ABO's expansion into solar, energy storage, and hydrogen.
