Gov’t to appoint new interim managers at AMEPIP

The Romanian government will appoint new interim managers at the Agency for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Performance of Public Enterprises (AMEPIP) to address the observations from the European Commission. The selection process for new management will be revised to ensure compliance with regulations and security standards. AMEPIP's leadership resigned to maintain credibility with European institutions. The emergency ordinance aims to facilitate interim management and improve governance in public enterprises.
