Hanga: We are in the process of revising the corporate governance Code

The Bucharest Stock Exchange is revising the corporate governance Code with the intention to change its name to the good governance Code. The revision process started at the beginning of the year with small adjustments and consultation with issuers based on common sense recommendations.
