Hecate Grid banks USD 125m to advance energy storage pipeline in US

Hecate Grid, a US energy storage projects developer, secured USD 125 million in loans to fund interconnection and offtake security for more than 30 standalone projects. The company signed a four-year letter of credit facility with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, with Macquarie Capital as advisor. Hecate Grid, a joint venture between Hecate Energy and Infrared Capital Partners Ltd, has an active project pipeline of over 6 GW energy storage projects in development throughout the US.
