Hedge planting for community acceptance of agrivoltaics

EHPY, comprising 15 operating members, is implementing a cluster of 14 agrivoltaic projects in France. Green Lighthouse Développement plans to integrate 156.6 MW agrivoltaic plants by planting 5.8 km of hedges. Farmers in Burgundy-Franche-Comté will plant bocage hedges using 14 local species. Additionally, the plantings aim to positively impact biodiversity and CO2 sequestration.
