Hive Energy secures grid connection permit for 215.6 MW of solar projects in Serbia

UK-based renewables developer Hive Energy has secured grid connections for four projects in Serbia totaling 216.5 MW. The projects include solar capacity with accompanying battery energy storage systems. Hive Energy also has plans for a solar-driven hydrogen hub in Spain. Serbia has deployed 137 MW of solar by the end of 2023 and has signed agreements for additional solar projects.
