Hive Energy secures grid connection permit for 215.6 MW of solar projects in Serbia

UK-based renewables developer Hive Energy has secured grid connections for four projects in Serbia totaling 216.5 MW. The developer plans to build solar projects in Serbia and a solar-driven hydrogen hub in Spain. The Serbian government revealed plans for a second renewables auction and signed a memorandum of understanding with a Chinese company for a 200 MW solar power plant.
