Huasun claims 26.5% efficiency for heterojunction solar cell

Huasun has achieved a new milestone in the efficiency of its HJT solar cells, reaching a power conversion efficiency of 26.50%. This was accomplished using a G12 heterojunction solar cell that incorporates advanced technologies such as zero-busbar module technology and silver-coated copper paste with low silver content. The results, including a maximum efficiency of 26.41% and an average efficiency of 26.01% from its G12R rectangular cells, underline the potential of HJT technology in mass production. Huasun began manufacturing solar panels with this technology at its new factory in Xuancheng, China.
