India’s Alpex Solar targeting 2.4 GW of PV module capacity by fiscal 2026

India's Alpex Solar plans to double its PV module capacity and explore gigawatt-scale solar cell manufacturing at its Kosi Kotwan plant in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The company aims to expand its PV module capacity to 1.2 GW and set up an aluminum frame production unit. Alpex Solar has completed 900 MW of the expansion and expects to finish the remaining 300 MW, planning for a total capacity of 1.2 GW by fiscal 2025.
