Indian pair sign green hydrogen deal

Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) and INOX Air Products (INOXAP) have signed a 20-year offtake agreement for green hydrogen supply to AIS' greenfield float glass facility in Soniyana, India. INOXAP will provide green hydrogen for the plant, powered by solar energy, aiming for sustainable glass production. AIS aims for 94% power from sustainable sources and CO2 emission reduction. India's green economy focus influenced the partnership.
