MSEDCL in India is accepting proposals for standalone BESS projects connected to the state grid in Maharashtra with a total capacity of 600 MWh. Developers will build, own, and operate the BESS to offer charging and discharging services. The selection process involves e-bidding and e-reverse auction for BESS units supplying power to the grid based on dispatch instructions.
