Innergex to unload minority stakes in 826-MW of Texas wind, solar

Canadian independent power producer Innergex Renewable Energy Inc to sell minority stakes in a 826-MW wind and solar farm portfolio in Texas to Los Angeles-based investment manager Irradiant Partners LP. Irradiant will purchase stakes in Phoebe solar and Griffin Trail wind farms, and Foard City wind farm. Phoebe and Foard City wind farms are in commercial operation. Innergex will use proceeds for debt repayment and corporate purposes while managing operations of the assets.
