Japan's Renova secures 215 MW of storage in local tender

Renova Inc was awarded 215 MW of battery storage capacity in Japan's Long-term Decarbonization Power Source Auction. The capacity includes projects in Hokkaido and Shizuoka prefectures aimed at helping Japan reach carbon neutrality by 2050 and stabilizing the power supply.
