JinkoSolar unit to sell entire stake in Xinjiang JinkoSolar subsidiary

JinkoSolar sells its complete equity interest in Xinjiang Jinko to Ziyang Major Industry Equity Investment Fund Partnership and Shihong Dong. The sale of CNY 4.3 billion will optimize facility utilization and operational costs for Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. JinkoSolar also signed investment agreements with Shanxi province for a 14 GW project for ingots, wafers, cells, and modules over 24 months. In April, JinkoSolar delivered 10 GW of Tiger Neo modules.
