JT Grup Oil approves the distribution of dividends of 3 mln. lei

The shareholders of JT Grup Oil approved the distribution of dividends worth 3,149,550 lei from the profit cumulative undistributed last year. The company also introduced a buyback program for its own shares and approved decisions for legal acts within a limit of 20,000,000 euros.
